What are the Languages of the Self?

This is a transformative tool that assists you in expressing aspects of your being that modern languages cannot always convey. This happens by connecting with the Ancient Ones who once roamed the Earth. A blend of the many dialects and languages they once spoke comes through, becoming their voice, your voice and your Languages of the Self.

You may speak the Languages of the Self spontaneously or with conscious intent. You feel their meaning. There is rarely a word-for-word translation. You learn to trust in the sensations, feelings, images, and knowingness that flow through you.

Although the Ancients do not exist in your present, they had experiences akin to yours that give rise to similar sensations, beliefs, and understandings. It feels like a group of people invisibly supports and stands by you.

They become (or always were) part of you, and you become part of them. This connection cannot be explained. It is a chorus of voices, many Ancient Ones. It is them and you expressing as one being.

The Languages of the Self contribute to healing the Ancients’ past and transforming you and your present, and potentially, in doing so, your future.

How Can the Languages of the Self Help You?

The Languages of the Self can assist you when you listen to them and when they awaken within you by creating a personal connection to the Ancients. They work on the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious levels of your being.

I have witnessed clients’ perceptions of their lives transform when I speak to them in my Languages of the Self. I have had clients spontaneously activate their connection to the Ancients and speak in their Languages of the Self, bringing forth a variety of diverse experiences and realisations. I have had clients cry, overcome with emotions, because of the comfort they felt from my words.

I was speaking in my Languages of the Self to my mother when she passed away. Afterwards, a profound and all-encompassing energy of peace enveloped us beyond description. The Languages of the Self also manifested spontaneously when my three cats died, one tragically from a sudden and brutal heart attack. The Ancients and the Languages arrive when needed, even when you are unaware of your need for them.

Awakening your own Languages of the Self can provide a release from aspects within you that cannot always be named, difficulties you may resist acknowledging—things you may not have even realised were present. You should avoid translating, as this may limit your understanding of what is occurring within the limited knowledge we humans possess regarding this form of mystical connection. When you allow what is happening to unfold without translation, it creates space for previously unconsidered concepts, insights, and ideas to emerge.

The Ancients, through the Languages of the Self, resemble songs that resonate with you when you feel sad, happy, excited, grateful, inspired, angry, depressed, forgotten, longing for understanding, alone, scared, tired, uncertain, or unable to express yourself in your own voice and language—and more.

When you establish a personal connection to the Ancients, your Languages of the Self can become your means of expression, even in everyday, ordinary situations and during quiet contemplation and meditation.
